Check In: - We open at 8:00AM Monday through Saturday and 3:00PM on Sunday for drop offs. We request that you drop off your pet no later than 4:00pm to give them time to be taken out, fed (if necessary), and settle into their enclosure prior to close of business. Please note that we have limited hours on the weekends and close at noon on Saturday and 4:00 PM on Sundays.
Check Out - On the day of departure, we require you to pick up your pet no later than 3:00 pm to allow our staff time to sanitize the enclosure before the next business day. Failure to pick up your pet prior to that time will result in an additional day of boarding fees.
